SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Costs within Australia

We use Startrack for our deliveries within Australia. Your shipping costs will be calculated when your order is packed and weighed & will be itemised on your invoice.  The price varies dependent on the size of the parcel and your location in Australia.  A quote can be provided once item # and shipping address are provided.

Estimated Shipping Times within Australia

Most orders will be processed within the next business day after your purchase. Once your order has been processed by our team, we will notify our shipping providers that your purchase is ready for dispatch, Startrack pick up daily from our warehouse.

Tracking Information

Please leave an email address and mobile phone number, you will receive tracking information once your delivery has been picked up. If you haven’t received any tracking information please check your junk email folder and the email used.

Is insurance and tracking included with my delivery?

Insurance is optional during the ordering process for an additional cost, this protects you against theft or damages when your delivery is in transit.  Tracking number is available once shipped.

International Shipping

International shipping is available and is calculated on the weight and size of your order.  We use DHL for our international shipments.  Please Contact Us for a delivery quote with item numbers, quantity and your address details in the message.

I have not received any tracking for my order, what should I do?

If you have still not received your tracking information please Contact Us with your order number.

My tracking shows an unusual location?

In some cases, your parcel may be directed to postage depots outside of your area or take a route which does not seem direct. Rest assured your parcel is on its way and will arrive as soon as possible.

What if I’m not home for my delivery?

Please advise if you will be away, authority to leave can be arranged if you are not at workplace or home. If no authority to leave instructions are left, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox.

It has been 7 to 8 working days and my order has not arrived?

Please check the tracking information provided by the courier company, have your tracking number ready. If the courier company cannot help you please Contact Us with your order number and we will promptly investigate where your order is.
